| If my vehicle’s frame is damaged, is it a total loss?

No, a car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company’s determined value. In South Carolina, this is typically when repairs exceed 75% of the clean, NADA value. We use a state-of-the-art computer-controlled laser measuring system to monitor the frame adjustments and bring your vehicle’s frame to factory specifications.

All paint is mixed on-site to factory specifications.

We will contact you by your preferred method – email, call, or text – midway through the repair process and two days prior to estimated completion. We will keep in touch with you throughout the process to keep you updated and informed on repair process.
